This is where you can find more information on the technical side of this web portal. This web portal is designed to run on most generic browsers and OS (Operating systems). The following techniques are being used in the development process:
- HTML
- JavaScript
- PHP version 4.3.2
- MySQL Server version 3.23.39
- IIS 5 (tested successfully also on Apache 1.3 and 2)
- CSS
- Tested successfully on Windows(95,98,ME,2000,XP) Linux (Red Hat 7.3/8.0 and Mandrake 9.0)
- The whole project consists of about 1000 files : 300 image files, 700 source files
- The project database consists of 60 tables(including the forums tables). All necessary for the purposes of the project.
